Many writers have written at length about them and in many ways, principles and the principles are universal. The work for any Sports season starts. Nobody likes this time, as training and the job required is painful and boring. But this needs to be performed for the athletes to be prepared for the rigors of the phase. The speed, strength, endurance and ability volumes have to be carried out. With our kids away for vacations, our athletes return to school to confront competitions with training period. This sort of preparation is damaging to our children’s growth. Under these conditions, coaches and educators (and parents if possible) have an extremely important responsibility to make certain that our athletes are well prepared for competition.
