There has been many Books and articles detailing applications, principles, success factors and the like that may cause peak performance. Many writers have written at length about them and in many ways, principles and the principles are universal. This report goes a step further by researching these aspects . The work for any Sports season starts. Nobody likes this time, as training and the job required is painful and boring. But this needs to be performed for the athletes to be prepared for the rigors of the phase. The speed, strength, endurance and ability volumes have to be carried out.
